Though public authorities maximizes education in favor of the youth, efforts still have to be done concerning moral values in schools as well as the shenanigans of school heads to the detriment of parents.
The previous academic school years had been marked by scandals between teachers and students causing the dead of a teacher. The selling and consumption of drugs in school milieu arouse the fear of teachers on attitudes to adopt towards these students.
If the Ministry of Public Health has a fixed scale to be payed by future nurses, this is not the case for primary and secondary education, because each director does according to his whims. Government primary schools which were suppose to be free of charge by Presidencial degree is still not effective because some directors with the complicity of the Parents Teacher Association president sets the rate of PTA not less than 5000 Fcfa with reams of papers, communication diary, communication credit, school identity cards, access cards and other fournitures to be provided by parents.
Notwithstanding, some principals felt bad when the minister of secondary education Pr. Nalova Lyonga instaured the electronic payments for school fees and examination fees, as their small businesses had to be weaned. It should be noted that this measure was taken because during unexpected checks by the hierarchy in various schools, the number of pupils regularly registered and declared did not always match with those covered by the insurance. (Declared 1000 students, 2000 taking courses).
